Jeff Saturday has been through a lot in his career. He's seen the ups and downs of being a professional football player. He's been a part of winning teams and losing teams. He's played in the Super Bowl and he's missed the playoffs. He's been through it all.

Now, he finds himself in a new role. He's the interim head coach of the Indianapolis Colts. It's a position he's never been in before, but he's confident that his experience as a player will help him take on the challenge.

"I think the biggest thing is just having been in those locker rooms and understanding what it takes to win," Saturday said. "I've been fortunate enough to be around some great coaches and some great players, so I think I have a pretty good idea of what it takes."

Saturday said he plans to lean on those around him to help make the transition from player to coach. He knows it won't be easy, but he's up for the challenge.

"It's going to be a learning experience, there's no doubt about that," he said. "But I'm looking forward to it and I'm confident that I can do a good job."
