In a recent interview with Fox News, constitutional law professor Jonathan Turley responded to a report that Hunter Biden is under investigation for potential criminal charges.

Turley questioned whether the indictment would cover the "full scope of potential criminal conduct." He went on to say that if the investigation is only focused on Hunter Biden, then "this looks like an effort to go after the son of a political rival."

Turley also pointed out that there is no evidence that Hunter Biden did anything wrong. He said that if the investigation is based on political motivation, then it could be seen as an abuse of power.
