Foxes they slink through night,
Their coats of red and white,
A cunning and sly creature,
Daringly bold yet meeker.

They hunt in shadows deep,
Eyes black as coal that peep,
Their ears sharp like a blade,
On silent haunches they wade.

Yet when danger arises high,
The foxes quick must fly,
Seeking shelter from their foes,
In snowdrifts or hollowed logs.

Though in the coming years of strife,
Foxes will still lead a life of stealthy strife,
Living wild and free on land and sea,
Until freedom is restored for all to see.
