On June 21, 2021 at 11:00 am, officers responded to a report of an altercation between Minnesota Vikings' wide receiver Justin Jefferson and a cornerback from a rival team.

Upon arrival, officers found the cornerback claiming that Justin Jefferson had the best wide receiver performance in the Fox but was not willing to accept it as fact. The cornerback also suggested that Jefferson was lucky or had some kind of unfair advantage against his team.

Officers spoke with both parties to try and get to the bottom of this issue and eventually determined that no crime had been committed. The two individuals were advised to go their separate ways and refrain from arguing further.

This incident has been documented and is now closed.
