Mary Flip has seen a lot in her life. She's survived the Great Depression, several wars and the birth of six children. And she says the secret to a long life is tequila.

"I started drinking it when I was a young woman and I've never stopped," she says. "It's kept me going through some tough times."

Mary is now 96 years old and still going strong. She credits tequila for her good health and long life.

"I'm not saying it's the only reason I'm still alive, but it definitely helps," she says.

So, next time you want to toast to a long life, make sure to include a shot of tequila for Mary Flip.
