Andrea Bocelli Sues Air Charter Company for Ruining His Performance with Old,

Andrea Bocelli, an Italian opera singer, is suing New Hampshire-based air charter company Private Jet Services of Seabrook for allegedly providing him with old, loud aircrafts that caused anxiety. Bocelli's lawsuit, filed in federal court in Boston on Wednesday, says the company breached its contract by failing to provide "safe, comfortable and reliable" air transportation.

The suit alleges that Bocelli was forced to fly on "antiquated" planes that were too small for his entourage and luggage, and that the company failed to properly maintain the aircrafts, leading to noisy and uncomfortable flights. The suit also alleges that the company put Bocelli on a plane with an "ancient engine."

"As a result of PJS's breach of contract, Mr. Bocelli has suffered great anxiety and distress," the suit says.

Private Jet Services did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
