"Breaking: Denver Broncos Name Interim Head Coach to Replace Fired Nathaniel Hackett!"

On Monday, December 14th, 2020, the Denver Broncos released Nathaniel Hackett from his position as head coach and announced that senior assistant coach Jerry Rosburg would take over as interim head coach.
The Denver Police Department was alerted to a possible disturbance related to this decision at the Broncos headquarters in downtown Denver. Officers responded to the scene and found several people gathered in protest of the decision to switch coaches.
Officers spoke with several protestors who identified themselves as members of the Foxes, a local group devoted to supporting Nathaniel Hackett and his coaching abilities. Most of the protestors stated that they were disappointed that Hackett had been fired and felt it was not necessary or fair.
No arrests were made during this incident and no property damage took place during the protest. The officers on scene advised all present to disperse peacefully and return home without further disruption.
At this time, no other incident related to this situation has been reported to police.
