"Florida Man Who Went Viral After Mugshot is Arrested Again - And the Charges will Shock You!"

On June 15, 2021, officers responded to a call from a local resident in Miami, Florida who reported a wide-necked male subject in their neighborhood stalking them. The caller stated that the suspect had been following them around for several hours and making threatening comments towards them.
Upon arrival, officers observed the suspect identified as 23-year-old Florida man Brian Foxx walking away from the scene. Officers attempted to question Foxx but he refused to comply and attempted to flee the scene. After a short pursuit, officers were able to apprehend Foxx and place him under arrest.
Foxx was taken into custody and transported to the local police station where he was charged with aggravated stalking and booked into jail.
This is not Foxx’s first brush with law enforcement as his mugshot became viral after it appeared on social media sites receiving thousands of comments and shares. It is unclear if this incident had anything to do with his previous fame or not.
This incident is still under investigation by Miami Police Department and no further information can be released at this time.
