Entrepreneur Fred Calero has made headlines again with his latest project: the transformation of 30 leftover Ford GT chassis into brand new track day cars — and they’re going to cost a cool .2 million each.
The purchase of the chassis from Ford was no small feat, as production of the iconic supercar officially stopped in 2006, leaving only a few remaining unused models. However, when Calero heard about them, he knew he had to act fast.

The engines themselves will remain largely untouched as they are already capable of producing over 600 horsepower without any modifications.
