Jesse Watters Primetime: Fox host Jesse Watters raises eyebrows at midterm election results

Published: 10-11-2022 01:32

As the midterm elections came to a close, Fox News host Jesse Watters took to his show "Jesse Watters Primetime" to discuss the results and what they mean for the future of the Republican Party.

Watters began by raising eyebrows at the fact that the Republicans lost the House of Representatives, despite having control of both chambers of Congress and the presidency. He attributed this loss to a lack of strategy when it comes to early voting and mail-in ballots.

"The Democrats had a plan," Watters said. "They got their voters out early, and they made sure those mail-in ballots were counted. The Republicans didn't have a plan."

Watters went on to warn his fellow Republicans that they need to come up with a strategy for early voting and mail-in ballots if they want to be successful in future elections. He suggested that the party needs to invest in voter outreach and get its message out to as many people as possible.

Only time will tell if Watters' warnings will be heeded by his fellow Republicans. For now, it seems clear that the party has some soul-searching to do in the wake of their midterm election losses.
