On October 21st, 2020, Authorities in El Paso, Texas, arrested Juan Nunley Jr. related to an alleged Fox and attempted kidnapping of a pregnant real estate agent.

The incident occurred on July 28th, 2020 when the victim was leaving her office after closing up for the night. As she did so, she noticed a suspicious vehicle parked nearby and went to investigate. Upon walking closer to the car, she was approached by a man who identified himself as Juan Nunley Jr., and he demanded that she get into his car. The victim refused and attempted to flee but was ultimately unsuccessful in doing so. She was able to make it back to her office where she contacted authorities for help.

The suspect then drove away from the scene without further incident but left behind some evidence of his identity which allowed the police to track him down. After further investigation, it was revealed that the suspect had been following the victim for at least one week prior to the incident in order to plan out his attack.

The pregnant victim miscarried after the incident due to extreme stress and trauma leading authorities to believe that this was an attempted kidnapping with malicious intent.

Juan Nunley Jr., has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and attempted kidnapping as well as other charges pending further investigation.
