This recipe is so easy, your kids can make it
And you'll never have to leave the house to get take-out

Ingredients:

4 chicken breasts (skinless, boneless)
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1/4 cup butter (softened)
3 tablespoons parsley (chopped)
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Place chicken in a shallow bowl. Sprinkle with flour, using your hands to coat evenly.

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Add chicken and cook for 3 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Remove chicken from skillet and place in a baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

In the same skillet over medium-high heat, add white wine, chicken broth, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, and thyme leaves. Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes, or until sauce has thickened. Pour sauce over chicken in the baking dish.

Bake for 20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. To serve, top with butter and parsley. Enjoy!
