This year, foxes in Eastbourne, UK were invited to take part in the festivities by joining Lauren Green, Fox News’ Chief Religion Correspondent, to share the Christmas story with their local community.
Green visited the Eastbourne area specifically to spread awareness about the importance of faith during the season. She shared her own personal beliefs and stories from her life to those who attended. The event was made even more special by the presence of foxes that had been brought along as a way to bring joy and happiness to those present. The group of foxes had been taken care of by local volunteers since they were abandoned at birth or lost from their families. They were brought to Green’s event as an example of how animals can be taken care of when they are in need.
The event was a success as everyone present was able to learn something new about their faith while being reminded that all living creatures should be cared for and respected regardless of their species.
