Yankees general manager Brian Cashman hints that Aaron Judge could be in line for a big

As the New York Yankees continue their push for a playoff spot, Brian Cashman suggested there could be a big payday waiting for one of their young stars in the offseason.

Aaron Judge has been a revelation for the Yankees this season, hitting .329 with 30 home runs and 66 RBIs in just his rookie year.

Cashman said that Judge's impressive performance could lead to a big contract extension in the offseason, although nothing is set in stone yet.

"We haven't had any discussions yet, but I'm sure his representatives have an idea of what he's worth," Cashman said. "I'm sure they're looking at guys like Kris Bryant and Mike Trout and saying, 'Hey, he's right there with them.'"

If the Yankees are able to extend Judge, it would be a big boost to their chances of contending for a championship in the years to come.
